To reserve a tiny home rental (which includes a space lease) at the new Escalante Village Tiny Home Community upon its Grand opening in Spring 2019, simply follow these 3-steps:

1.)  Click “Apply Now” below to be prompted to the application form. Please fill out and complete. When complete, click “Add to Cart” at bottom of form to submit.

2.) VERY IMPORTANT: after you fill out the form, your application is NOT COMPLETE. To file application and “Checkout” click the shopping cart icon on top right corner of screen.

3.) Fill out purchase form to submit your non-refundable $500 deposit payment to secure your reservation.

Upon final approval, Escalante Village will contact applicants with next steps to secure tiny home rental reservations Escalante Village.
